FAQ's

What if I am new to Pilates?
Everyone starts somewhere. Please let your instructor know prior to class if you are just starting out in your Pilates journey, and they will ensure you feel supported and guided throughout your first class.
We also offer private one-on-one (or with a friend!) classes tailored to you. Please email for more details.
What should I bring to class?

Your only requirement for class is grip socks, we also recommend bringing a water bottle; we have a water filling station so please feel free to bring a refillable water bottle. You can also bring a workout towel. Everything else will be provided.

What if I need to cancel or I am running late?
We have an 8-hour cancellation window.
If you need to cancel outside of this time frame, it is non refundable.
If you are running late to class, we allow five minutes for you to quietly join.
If you arrive after this time, you are not able to join. This is to ensure a smooth flow to each class by minimizing interruptions for clients and instructors.
For private sessions we require a 12-hour cancellation window, this allows our instructors to book other clients.
What are the benefits of Pilates?
Pilates targets the smaller muscles throughout the body so you can improve your balance, mobility, and stability while preventing injuries. It is a full-body, low-impact workout that works core strength without overloading or stressing joints.
